I am a certified Cisco Networking Associate. I have already obtained my CompTIA Network +, CCENT and CCNA certifications. I\'m able to troubleshoot computers as well as Cisco router and switch networks. I am familiar with using a console cable to configure Cisco routers and switches, switch port security, mac address filtering, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANS, subnetting, trunks, configuring ethernet along with serial port interfaces, creating and encrypting passwords, secure shell remote connections, ethernet channels, wireless (802.11a/b/g/n), etc. I have excellent customer service, organizing, data entry, time management, and communication skills. I am proficient in installing as well as operating optical drives, hard drives,(Red Hat Linux, MS-DOS, Ubuntu, Microsoft Windows XP-8 operating systems),(Microsoft Office 2010, Front Page Packet Tracer, Adobe Dreamweaver, Tera-Term software),(Oracle, and Oscar As400 Database). I also, learned HTML, C++, C# and Java programming at DeVry University.
