Review, approve or generate AS9102C or ISO First Article reports. Monitor Supplier scorecard metrics. Review and provide SQ input/approval to ECOs, PCNs, DEVs, DARs within my customer base. Review/analyze, determine risk on GIDEP and NOEs. Extensive work with Brokers, Distributors or Direct supply to determine if parts meet quality requirements. Review and disposition NCM in MRB within my customer base. Do traceability research and report writing on SQ issues. Follow up on production quality issues as they relate to SQ. Strong presence to Suppliers to drive continuous improvement, RCA & corrective actions. Work as a team for production and customer quality issues with the customer facing QE and PE. Assist and guide Purchasing on PO and Q-code issues. Develop the criteria, then monitor R.I. for issues, updates, arrange and instruct sorts on critical criteria. Participate in dock sorts as necessary. Contribute to Site, Regional and Global metrics, attend all necessary meetings. Escalate issues as needed. Currently in training to become a certified QMS Auditor
