I began my career as a Mainframe Developer, but soon discovered my true passion lay in the HR and Learning & Development space. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of organizational and business unit initiatives — from driving automation and hosting roadshows to establishing online learning platforms, designing leadership programs, supporting recruitment, building employee competencies in niche technologies, and facilitating behavioral sessions.Curious by nature and a quick learner, I enjoy observing, analyzing data, and turning insights into practical solutions — all while nurturing strong workplace relationships.
