About Thulashitha Rajasingham
As the Lead Scientist at BridgeBio, I have over seven years of experience in therapeutics for rare diseases in Dermatology, Skeletal Muscle and Nephrology. I have contributed to multiple portfolios across pre-clinical and clinical stages, from target identification and validation, to hit-to-lead optimization, to IND enabling studies, to translational clinical strategies. I have developed and implemented novel biomarker and pharmacodynamic assays to measure target engagement and efficacy. I also manage and coordinate CROs to ensure quality and compliance of phase 2/3 clinical studies. I am passionate about advancing the science and technology of precision medicine and delivering innovative solutions for patients with unmet medical needs.
