Partner with Recruiters, Account Managers and Customers to understand requirements of roles, ideal candidate profiles, organizational design, team makeup and discuss sourcing strategies• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates (Active & passive), for open platform information technology and engineering roles, and some functional corporate positions• Identify prospective candidates by researching and engaging with talent, effectively utilizing an extensive Technology stack: Sourcing platforms, ATS, Referrals, & many digital and social media channels (Inclusive of Indeed, linkedin, google x-ray, github, stack overflow etc).• Engage talent and convert passive job seekers into active candidates for current or future vacancies.• Tailor the approach to prospective candidates to meet the needs of each specific position by adapting key messages and information.• Capture and share key market intelligence and provide market insight reports to Account Managers, Customers and Recruiters upon strategic demand.• Support candidate communications to ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience.• Create business reports for management: Recruitment reports, competitive intelligence, Team KPI’s, Platform usage reports, Customer reports, 3rd party reports, and other adhoc requests
