About Thomas H. Rousse
Law and Science Fellow pursuing a joint JD-PhD degree at Northwestern University\'s Pritzker School of Law and the School of Communication\'s Media, Technology and Society program. I conduct research at the intersection of law and technology, with a focus on how legal and sociotechnical systems structure online communities. I have a diverse methodological and theoretical background spanning American Studies, social network analysis, qualitative sociology, science & technology studies, intellectual property, video game design and constitutional law. I\'ve collaborated with judges and lawyers, technologists, social scientists, and humanists on academic articles, courses, conference presentations, research projects, art exhibits and opinions. My long term goal is to work in legal academia, but I am an intellectual opportunist currently seeking opportunities to build legal skills and expertise.
