   In my current role, I lead the strategy and execution of people development and organizational learning initiatives that align with enterprise-wide goals. I focus on conducting blended organizational assessments to identify talent needs and design scalable, sustainable development solutions that enhance both individual and team performance.My responsibilities include designing and managing leadership development programs across all levels of the organization, from emerging leaders to senior executives. I work closely with business leaders to ensure these programs support leadership capability growth and align with strategic priorities.I also oversee the creation and implementation of relationship-focused learning initiatives that support team cohesion, collaboration, and a culture of continuous development. This includes the facilitation of team assessments, performance coaching, and the design of targeted group learning experiences.My work also involves aligning performance development strategies with broader organizational goals through the design of performance frameworks, succession planning, full scale mentoring program, and leadership coaching. I implement key talent engagement initiatives such as onboarding enhancements, 360-degree feedback, personality and behavior-based assessments (e.g, DiSC), and the Great Place to Work certification.
