When communication breaks down, the impact is rarely obvious at first. It shows up quietly as lower CSAT, longer handle times, repeat calls, QA overhead, and agent frustration.Arctan’s vision is simple: make every global conversation easy to understand.My role sits at the intersection of product, strategy, and customer operations. I work closely with leadership and CX teams to understand what actually breaks on the call floor, why it breaks, and how to fix it in real time.
