ABOUT THRISHNA SHANIL
I am a dedicated and enthusiastic management student with a strong foundation in business and accounting. I completed my BCOM CORPORATE SECRETARYSHIP in 2025, during which I gained practical experience as an Accounting Intern, developing my analytical and financial skills.To enhance my professional abilities, I have built proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with effective communication and soft skills.Currently, I am pursuing my PGDM in Human Resource Management at IMS Kochi, where I actively participate in campus initiatives and leadership roles. I served as one of the Coordinators of “Mind Your Mind”, an event conducted on Mental Health Day, and also as a Career Club Coordinator at the institute. I have attended a seminar on POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) and participated in a Marathon campaign promoting ‘Say No to Drugs’, reflecting my commitment to both professional growth and social responsibility.I’m passionate about human resource development, employee well-being, and organizational culture, and I look forward to contributing meaningfully in the HR field.
