Currently the first People Partner for the India GCC at DeleteMe, responsible for setting up and scaling the entire People function (0→1), partnering closely with US leadership to align HR strategy with business growth. Established the India entity from scratch in collaboration with Legal and Finance, designing and implementing HR policies, compliance frameworks, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes. Successfully transitioned 30 employees with 100% retention and zero compliance issues. Act as a strategic partner to leadership on workforce planning, org design, performance management, promotions, compensation, and employee engagement, ensuring people decisions are aligned with business priorities and long-term scalability. Own end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, performance cycles, and process standardization, while continuously improving systems to reduce friction and enhance employee experience. In parallel, lead talent strategy for fast-scaling teams, building engineering, product, and operations functions from scratch, improving hiring quality, reducing dependency on agencies, and strengthening direct sourcing.
