I am a BSc graduate and have recently completed my MBA in Human Resource Management. Throughout my MBA, I gained solid knowledge in core areas of Human Resources such as Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Organizational Behavior, and Strategic HR Practices. I developed a special interest in how employee motivation contributes to enhanced performance and workplace satisfaction. As part of my academic program, I completed an internship at Molex, where I worked on a project focused on Employee Motivation. This experience gave me practical insights into how motivational strategies can positively impact employee productivity and overall morale. I am confident in my abilities in communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving, and I’m now ready to apply my knowledge and skills in real-world HR roles. I aim to contribute to an organization where I can support HR operations, continue learning, and make a positive impact.I am currently seeking opportunities in Human Resource Management.
