ABOUT THORSTEN KONERSMANN
I develop and create hardware and software documentation of NMR and EPR spectrometers at Bruker BioSpin. The BioSpin Group designs, manufactures, and distributes high-performance magnetic resonance (NMR, EPR) & preclinical imaging (MRI, NMI, mCT, MPI) scientific instruments. As a technical writer with a strong technical background, I have extensive experience in developing and creating the instructions for use of medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics. This regulated industry is also familiar to me from the authorities’ perspective through my work for the German regulatory body BfArM in Bonn. The standardization and advancement of content, processes, and IT tools are focus areas of my professional experience. My background is in technical communication (MSc) and biomedical engineering (BEng), and I am a licensed clinical laboratory technician.
