At SAP, I\'m heading up the Services (Professional Services and Premium Engagement) organization in the West Market Unit. My focus is on creating, developing and leading high performance teams that provide the project leadership to deliver successful business outcomes for our customers. I am also a Professional Coach with a focus on career and leadership development.
