I am working as a management consultant in the financial services industry for more then a decade with a strong focus on insurance. I successfully delivered projects with focus on large scale core insurance system renewal, decommissioning of legacy system and establishing platform business. I acted as a senior programme manager, IT strategy consultant with focus on digital business cases and as an organizational transformation consultant. Additionally to the projects work I am also a seasoned business development and key account manager and team lead with high personal interest in new leadership models. Right now I am setting up a new team at Q_PERIOR to help our insurance clients in taking the right strategy to succeed in the rise of platforms and ecosystem.
