After having worked 23+ years in the company, transitioning from Siemens Sicherungstechnik, via DaimlerBenz-Aerospace, EADS, Cassidian, Airbus Defence and Space to Hensoldt, I was given the unique opportunity to lead a company that I knew more than 15 years and always admired: Intersoft Electronics Group. After having been SW-Engineer, Project Manager, my most relevant professional experience was as Product Manager for the Secondary Surveillance Radar and IFF MSSR I. I had been leading ATC/ATM and IFF Business Development until I became involved in the Eurofighter Program, leading the new AESA Nose Radar (ECRS Mk1) negotiations, resulting in a €1.3bn contract award for Hensoldt. I enjoy now growing IE Group to what it deserves: becoming a leading radar technology and solution provider for its partners around the world!
