ABOUT THORSTEN EBERTSHÄUSER

I have focused on Recruitment and primarily eRecruiting for more than 25 years now. I held various management positions at Monster Worldwide from the start in through to the end of 2007. Working closely with Personnel Consulting and the Personnel Marketing Agency of TMP Worldwide allowed me to gather experience across the entire spectrum of recruitment. Since 2001 I have shared my knowledge with interested personnel managers at trade fairs, congresses, workshops and seminars in presentations related to „Optimal Strategies in eRecruiting“ (please also refer to the similar group Recruiting Trends - Optimale.at XING). As every coin has two sides, I also advise candidates in presentations on „Optimal Application Strategies“. I co-managed the Monster „Recruiting Trends Seminar“ Series for 6 years as a speaker on constantly changing topics. I have provided personnel services, primarily in WebSearch, Active Sourcing and DirectSearch since January 2008, in conjunction with the team at Eurosearch Consultants GmbH, a subsidiary of Deininger Unternehmensberatung GmbH.With „MSU - Recruiting Services“ we focus on companies wishing to combine established recruiting strategies with new options utilising the skills of an experienced partner. We are closing the gap between the traditional, classic job advertisement and the full personnel consulting service.
