ABOUT THORGAL CREUZE

I’m a UX generalist with 10+ years of experience in strategy, design and UX research. I help teams build digital experiences that are clear, useful, and human — grounded in data, collaboration, and real user needs. My style is direct, structured, and no-nonsense. I run workshops, create low- to high-fidelity prototypes, lead user testing (in labs, remotely… or even in your local pub), and help teams move forward with clarity and empathy. I came to Canada in 2014 to complete a Master’s in Interaction Design — and never left. Since then, I’ve worked in agencies and organizations across tourism, e-commerce, sports, education, finance, public services, and more. In 2022, I proudly became a Canadian citizen — a true French, Canadian –Québécois. Recently, I’ve spoken at multiple conferences in North America — including Québec City, Montréal, Toronto, and Princeton University — and I’m always open to more speaking opportunities, maybe Europe next? I also mentor emerging UX designers and deliver hands-on training focused on real-world practice. Now fully freelance, I collaborate with driven teams and ambitious projects — helping turn complexity into clarity. Human approach. No fluff. Results that matter.
