I’m an experienced and passionate leader driven by a simple mission: to use business, technology, and partnerships to solve big challenges, especially in underserved markets. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve led organizations and teams across sectors—from launching a solar energy company in the DR Congo to overseeing international operations at a humanitarian NGO with 1,200+ staff in 11 countries. My background spans renewable energy, strategy consulting, finance, nonprofit leadership, negotiation, public-private partnerships, and military service in the U.S. Army.* As Co-Founder & CEO of Mwinda Technologies, I worked at the frontline of Africa’s clean energy transition, helping lead industry-wide reforms and building partnerships that reimagined energy access.* As a strategy consultant and managing partner, I supported solar and infrastructure investments, advised on privatization, and worked with global stakeholders to unlock capital for impact.* As Senior Director and Interim CEO of an international NGO, I led complex, multi-country operations and helped double annual revenue through strategic growth and multilateral partnerships.* As a US Army Squad Leader, I led teams to deliver in high pressure environments.I hold an MBA from Rice University with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship, and am fluent in six languages including French and Swahili.I’m open to leadership roles in clean energy, business development, strategy consulting, or public-private innovation, particularly where I can drive growth and impact in the USA or across global frontier markets.Let’s connect if you’re building something bold.
