Ingenuity. It is an important aspect of any career path that I believe should be applied in as many ways as possible. When you are faced with a question, normal textbook procedures provide you with acceptable answers A, B, and C. What I provide are answers D, E, and F as well. I have managed several commercial office and retail properties in Orange County that were owner represented and helped run them as well-oiled machines. I\'ve worn every hat in property management to ensure that problems do not get swept under the ideological rug. Rather, I have flipped that rug and resolved any, if not, all issues as it pertains to building maintenance. With limited resources to complete projects, ingenuity was the name of the game as I assisted with capital expenditures that included entire HVAC overhauls, solar panel installations, and accessibility upgrades. I\'ve assisted with tenant move-ins as well, which is a huge passion of mine to see businesses start from conception all the way to finalization. Its quite incredible to see suites begin as an empty shell, only for it to be bustling with contractors and employees a short period later. I enjoy being a part of that to lend a hand to any prospective tenants that may ask for it. Moving or starting a business is difficult, but helping tenants move in and improve the overall image of a property is one of the most rewarding aspects of property management.I\'m always open to new professional acquaintances.
