In the role of Enterprise Architect and Business Development, I work across organizations with both senior management and subject matter experts.Based on an organization\'s business mission, strategy, and processes, I formulate IT & multi-cloud strategies using multiple architectural models or views that demonstrate how to meet an organization\'s current and future needs in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptive manner.I define future operating models (multi-domain & cloud) for both NetOps and DevOps teams across organizational and computing \"silos\" to drive common approaches and expose information resources and processes across the enterprise. Recent consulting activities are: Financial sector (Deutsche Bank, Swift, Euroclear, Rabobank), Transportation & Logstics (ProRail, Maersk Line, Maersk Terminals, Deutsche Bahn), Manufacturing (Audi), Pharma (Merck and Novo Nordisk), Retail (IKEA INGKA), Governments Luxembourg MoH and MoE, Helsinki City on transformation programs such as City as a Service, Data Lake for healthcare pandemic analysts, Digital Response Strategies for executives,(e.g. running IT as a Business with a programmatic approach to innovation through Design Thinking methodologies.Previously, I worked at Nortel Networks in Boston USA in a business development role. The primary focus was on service providers such as Verizon and AT & T as they planned their large-scale adoption of IP-based voice and network convergence.Prior to going to the U.S, I spent 9 years with Nortel in Frankfurt, Germany, serving larger enterprises and service providers in the EMEA region. Main customers were Telia, Deutsche Telekom, Telefonica, TDC, Orange and Rus-Telecom.I have over 7 years of management experience, with a specialty in remotely managing multicultural teams.Specialties: Enterprise Architecture Master level certification with Open Group, Board Member, TOGAF 9.2 & ITIL v4
