Clever Together is a tech and change agency with a twist. We exist to impact the decision-making that addresses five of society’s most ‘wicked issues’:1. The physical and mental wellbeing crisis.2. The obstacles to creating compassionate, positive, and adaptive workplaces.3. The unintended consequences from the use of big data, decision-making and artificial intelligence technologies.4. The ‘class ceiling’ and obstacles to social mobility for all.5. The breakdown of democratic systems.Our twist is we only work with progressive leaders who share our purpose and seek to enable systemic change, and we promise to meet leaders where they are, without judgement, as partners and peers, not as transactional suppliers.Our team helps to galvanise the organisations and communities that our partners lead, to explore wicked issues from a fresh perspective and to co-create, challenge and ignite solutions for change.We have three roles - we help our partners to:1. Improve performance and culture:We help leaders tap the collective wisdom of their communities to co-produce strategy, own and shift their collective behaviour, enhance staff and public engagement, and co-create shared priorities, e.g- we co-created the \"Santander Way\" and the \"Leeds Way\"(at Leeds Teaching hospitals) to kick-start a new, positive culture that can sustain positive performance- we ignited a new health and care movement by co-creating England\'s Allied Health Professionals\' strategy.2. Futureproof: We help leaders to understand their wicked issues in depth, redefine responsibility, advocate for change, and democratise decision-making, e.g- we help FMCGs embrace responsible marketing.3. Lever participatory leadership technologies: We develop and deploy crowdsourcing technologies, and develop bespoke lasting software applications to enhance leadership impact by tapping the wisdom of crowds and the wisdom of large data set, e.g- people have used our tech.
