As an Assistant Pastor, President & CEO of EdisonLearning, attorney with global legal experience spanning 50+ countries, and as a transformational healthcare board chairman, who turned a $40 million deficit into surplus, Dr. Jackson understands that true success is measured not by titles or transactions, but by the lives transformed and communities uplifted. Whether negotiating complex financial instruments exceeding $400 million, championing Congressional redistricting to amplify minority voices, providing learning solutions to tens of thousands of at-risk students, or advocating for affordable housing, voting rights, and police accountability, Dr. Jackson\'s work is rendered as service to Christ—recognizing that every boardroom decision, every legal brief, every sermon, and every act of advocacy is an opportunity to demonstrate and pursue God\'s grace, justice, love and mercy, and to serve His people. Our faith is the foundation of everything we do, and our beliefs guide how we worship, live, and interact with one another and the world around us. As such, we strive to be effective in our ministries, efficient and focused with our resources, and to ensure that our Senior Pastor and Executive Pastor are able to focus on preaching, teaching, vision-casting, and pastoral care.Working under the direction, leadership, and support of the Senior Pastor (i.e, our Pastoral Leadership Team), Dr. Jackson is responsible for the administrative, business and operational affairs of the church. Dr. Jackson ensures organizational alignment with the church\'s mission, vision and goals, as communicated by our Pastoral Leadership Team, managing the church\'s day-to-day operations, including, for example, tasks like financial management, human resources, and facilities management, while also providing leadership, collaboration and support to Associate Ministers, Church Staff, Church Ministries and volunteer leadership.
