I led the design of the third-party development tenant spaces, focusing on bringing a world-class, one-of-a-kind brand to Beijing. As an expert designer, I was assigned to many lands/areas on the Universal Beijing Project, led the master planning and creative team through the design process while working with our Chinese partners, international design firms, and local design institutes in Beijing. As an architectural designer, I led the submission and design for the Universal Beijing Resort\'s regulatory planning. Anticipated and Designed the guest flow of pedestrian travel, vehicular travel, and rail line routing.
