About Thomas Wilson

Oncology clinical research consultant with experience in operations, data management, monitoring, regulatory, drug supply and logistics, lab supply, CRO and vendor management and budget negotiations. I possess a working knowledge in several fields including biology,(general, molecular, developmental) behavioral health, public health, and experience with clinical chemistry (lab procedures, reference ranges, etc). Working specifically in oncology clinical trials has taught me many standards including trial designs, protocol designs/language based on molecule, start up and budget expectations from participating institutions, and so on. The industry has also taught me a fair amount about statistics, and I continue to learn more. I have extensive experience with data and database management, working in a laboratory research setting, and working as part of a multi-faceted healthcare team. In the phase 1 setting I have been actively involved with data cleaning and safety review committees and featured as a co-author on several published studies. I currently hold certifications via training courses in JReview, as well as several certificate of completions via CITI for ICH-GCP guidelines and 21 CFR part 50. I consider myself data driven. I have primarily worked for sponsor companies but have additional experience with CROs, as a consultant, in a laboratory research setting, directly with patients with disabilities, and in a hospital. I\'m continuously honing my project management skills and assisting multiple biotech companies in any way that I can. I hope to keep contributing and learn more.
