Product Ownership | Domain Expertise, Release Planning, Requirements Gathering, Backlog Management, Release Notes, & Project Management - Works closely with development teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-quality products - Writes Product Requirement Documents (PRD) for development teams to execute development of a feature - Iterates on products using the Agile methodology to deliver improved user experiences based on direct customer feedback - Runs all Agile ceremonies and supporting meetings for the development team - Partners with QA to improve the communication and teamwork between departments - Leads cross-functional development and testing initiatives involving multiple teams with varying backgrounds and at times in different time zones - Communicates with both internal and external parties in clear and concise language - Presents new features, product demos, release plans, project updates and more to key stakeholders both internally and externally - Collaborates with Product Owners and Product Managers to ensure a consistent experience across all product offerings - Balances customer needs with business goals considering the vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy of the organization - Articulates the product vision and roadmap while tailoring the information to the audience including developers, QA, technical writers, implementation specialists, sales, marketing, partners, customers, etc- Assists with the production of marketing and sales materials - Researches competition and market trends to inform product strategy - At times, has supported multiple development teams at once, balancing competing priorities while consistently delivering on deadlines - Certified: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)- Certified: Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
