About Thomas Veeman

My passion is to help build work cultures that promote human flourishing and growth across nationalities and generations. For the past five years since co-founding Conversari Global, LLC, I have helped grow our bespoke training company into a multinational consultancy operating on three continents with an international team of 15 HR, business, and social science professionals. In this time I managed projects, sold solutions, represented accounts in Mexico, the US, and Europe, and ran workshops and public talks on a host of business and psychological topics. As a coach and consultant, I helped build Teal/Holocracy-inspired, people-centered, collaborative environments dedicated to knowledge-sharing and personal development.Most of all, I drew on my own passion for learning and on my background in systemic psychology, philosophy, meditation, and business training to create original training curricula and pedagogy for organizational learning in face-to-face, on-demand, and blended learning formats. Now I am embracing a new adventure in leadership development with Wayfair, the world\'s leader in home shopping experience.
