Imagine ordering your new car with the “hands free” driving feature. Now, imagine not being able to use your “hands free” feature when your new car has been delivered. In addition, you are one of 1,800 hundred disappointed customers anxious for a solution. My Director called me into her office, and said, “I want you to fix this problem.” My reaction was, “I’ll do it.”Root cause analysis was the first step.
