I\'m responsible for developing the commercial strategy in accordance with the Director\'s requirements.My main areas of responsibility include management and overseeing IT training delivery, sales, marketing, procurement, finance, and administration.I manage the commercial team productivity and performance, holding department meetings to regularly monitor KPI\'s, projects and personal development.At excellence IT I\'ve been involved in a number of key projects including the set up of the training side of the business, building up the commercial side to achieve growth objectives and also managing quality systems to support the business to successfully achieve ISO 90••••08. In 2013 I also supported the business to achieve IIP status.
