Purple is a certified B Corp building the infrastructure that ends shared WiFi passwords, captive portals, and unidentified network access across enterprise environments.As Regional Growth Director for the North East and North Yorkshire, I\'m responsible for building Purple\'s regional presence from the ground up — with Newcastle City Council as our anchor partnership and a clear mandate to expand across four verticals: public sector, health, transport, and high-density venues.What I\'m building- A Regional Connectivity Framework that positions Purple as the NE\'s default identity-based WiFi partner- Commercial relationships with Directors of Digital, IT leaders and Operations Directors across councils, NHS trusts, transport operators and large-venue businesses- A dual commercial and social impact case — driving revenue and tackling digital exclusion are the same mission, not competing onesPurple\'s technology replaces legacy authentication with certificate-based, passwordless, zero-trust networking. Staff and guests are authenticated by identity — not passwords. Access is revoked automatically when people leave. Every device on the network is known and verified.The North East is Purple\'s flagship region. We\'re the blueprint for the rest of the UK.
