With over 10 years of leadership experience in technology, government, academia, and service organizations, I serve as the first Chief Human Capital Officer and Senior Technology Policy Program Manager at Fusion Innovation, a fast-paced emerging technology startup that provides cutting-edge solutions for the public sector. I have a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Master of Public Health (MPH) with a focus on international public health and government administration, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to navigate complex and dynamic policy environments and address global challenges. I also provide organization-wide tech policy subject matter expertise to our massive government customer, serving as their CIO\'s policy advisor. I have extensive knowledge in information technology and cybersecurity laws, regulations, and standards, such as NSM-8, FISMA, GDPR, CCPA, VCDPA, etc. I have successfully built and managed data-driven programs and strategies for companies of various sizes and scopes, from small startups to massive government agencies. I have a track record of developing high-performing teams, analyzing and communicating intelligence information, briefing senior leadership, and forecasting tech policy trends.
