ABOUT THOMAS RONNHAMMAR

I have +15 years of experience of working as a manager, both with direct reporting staff and as manager for managers. The majority of these years I have focused on IT and it´s close connection with business. Working with IT is so much more than just technique, it´s very much a complex collaboration between technique, processes, information, people and not least knowledge about the supported business. It is an area that provides a fantastic overview and insight in the business of the company and its processes. Something I find both inspiring and challenging. What drives me and catches my commitment is a strong belief in that an IT support that is well adapted to the needs of the business and managed in an effective way, makes a huge difference in the possibility to build a successful business and way of working. This is based on my interest in technology and a curiosity in people. I believe in a forgiving working environment, were teamwork is the key to success. My future goal is to focus even more on the strategic IT and business level. I like (and believe I´m good at) seeing the overall big picture and from that identify areas of improvement and were to place coming investments to get the most effect and benefit
