As Chief Development Officer for the YMCA of Delaware, I have the privilege of working with our executive leaders and dedicated volunteers, in close partnership with corporate partners, community leaders, educators, and government officials, to fulfill the Y’s strategic promise: to empower youth, foster healthy living, and unite communities.Every day, our Philanthropy Team strives to bring the right people and organizations to the table, aligning vision, resources, and shared purpose, to create opportunities and impact that deliver lasting change for families and individuals across Delaware.Together, we are expanding early education, strengthening teens’ college and career readiness, keeping children safe in and around water, closing the opportunity gap by preventing summer learning loss and expanding year-round enrichment, reducing chronic disease and promoting healthy habits, providing supportive housing, combating social isolation, and ensuring the YMCA of Delaware offers the resources and experiences that give every child and adult the chance to reach their full potential.
