As host of HVAC R&D, I give a voice to the #TradeCrew — the technicians, contractors, distributors, manufacturers, and families that make up the backbone of the HVAC industry. The show spotlights real stories from every corner of the trades, fostering collaboration over competition and building stronger connections across the field. I actively champion workforce development, engaging students and apprentices at tradeshows and through partner initiatives to improve entry paths and create better environments for future trades workers. In 2024, this mission was highlighted through a Bosch Home Comfort donation to Prosser Career Academy in Chicago, helping students access modern training equipment. The podcast also features a trusted vendor hub, connecting listeners to vetted tools, affiliate programs, and exclusive discounts, while brand partnerships with leading manufacturers and distributors allow us to deliver education, product insights, and advertising aligned with the needs of the trades. With monthly listeners and 70k+ combined social engagements, HVAC R&D continues to grow as a recognized industry voice. The show was nominated for HVAC Tactical Podcast of the Year in 2024 and 2025, underscoring its impact.
