Provide timely, friendly and data-drive Product Support to ensure that users have a delightful experience with Homebound\'s Technology Built process to manage the \"Product Feedback Loop\" to ensure that feedback from our users is organized, visibly tracked and provide to Product Management Oversaw initiatives to ensure the efficient adoption of our Tech platform
