ABOUT THOMAS ROMANO

In my role, I work with credit unions to modernize how they operate and connect with members — whether that’s automation, smarter insights, or simply making everyday processes easier for staff and members. Most of my work comes down to helping teams streamline what they already do, strengthen the member experience, and build a roadmap that supports long-term growth.I spend a lot of time with leadership teams figuring out what actually matters: where members feel friction, where employees lose time, and how technology can support their strategy without taking away the personal touch credit unions are known for.I try to bring a practical, disciplined approach to all of it. My MBA and military background definitely shaped that — it taught me how to stay focused, adapt quickly, and help teams work toward solutions that make sense both now and years down the road.
