Skilled and professional technology manager with over 21 years in the Business Intelligence & IT arena including 19 years as a SQL Server /.NET developer and 17 years in the data warehousing industry.Proficient in working as a team as well as leading it. I have led & delivered numerous key deliveries across Everything Everywhere including setting up a BI solution for outsourced offshore partners and delivering a new BI / Performance management system to over 10k employee\'s which has subsequently achieved an industry award. This was then followed by delivering similar performance management tools in another two corporate environments.Working for different corporate companies and small businesses has allowed me to scale my solutions to the customer and deliver what the customer needs; allowing them to use the insight to deliver measurable savings through efficiencies and informed business decisions.During my time at my latest employment I have lead a programme of work that replaced the entire IT infrastructure as part of a company buy out, keeping it within the allowed time limit of six months and on budget.
