ABOUT THOMAS PADGETT
In simple terms, I\'m a problem solver. I\'m an aerospace engineer by training, with a PhD in agent-based modelling and computational fluid dynamics. I have a broad knowledge across mathematics, numerical modelling, data science, machine learning, simulation, and optimisation.I am currently part of the leadership of HEOR\'s operational research group, focusing on problem solving across the health economics and market access space.
