I am the primary presenter for all webinar and in person AT & T events.\\\\n* Owner of the ongoing “Sonus Technical Sessions”, a monthly global channel partner educational webinar to dive into various technical aspects of the product portfolio. Also provide pre-sales partner training, presentations, and trade show support.\\\\n* Qualification and design of the UC/UM voice networks alongside integration partners to address end customer requirements, create scalable and fault tolerant solutions, and provide guidance to allow for the future evolution of their network. Historical focus on Microsoft Lync/Skype and Exchange solutions, on premise and/or hybrid with Office365.\\\\n* Work with various internal teams to identify areas for improved business strategies, marketing materials, partner tools, and product enhancements to further enhance go to market positioning.\\\\n* Coordinate and/or perform proof of concept integration work needed to validate Sonus offerings.
