I Lead the Product vision for Fintech teams at JustEat-Takeaway, the biggest food delivery platform in Europe. My teams are responsible for creating a new Payment and Invoicing platform to support our fast growth. As a manager and mentor, I use my 15 years of experience in Product management, in various types of companies, from big corporate (Booking.com) to French startups in recruitment, online video and social networking. I learned Product Management with inspiring people around me who taught me to listen to what users need and find pragmatic and adequate solutions to their problems.
