As Supply Chain Sustainability Lead, I drive the strategic integration of environmental and social responsibility throughout the supply chain. My role focuses on delivering measurable impact through carbon auditing, biodiversity enhancement, and transparent reporting frameworks- Lead on carbon audits, developing methodologies to measure, report, and reduce scope 1,2 and 3 emissions in alignment with UK frameworks i.e. CSRD, TNFD and SECR- Co-develop projects related to biodiversity credits, ensuring compliance with emerging regulations and aligning biodiversity outcomes with corporate sustainability goals- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, operations, and sustainability teams to embed low-carbon and nature-positive practices into sourcing strategies- Engage suppliers and stakeholders through training, data collection, and sustainability reporting frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
