I was until very recently employed by Macy\'s Incorporated ( FDS Bank ) as a Fraud Investigator. I have been in both the Fraud Prevention and Fraud Claims divisions and excelled in both. I am recognized for my insight and precision as well as my diligence. I am considered an outstanding employee who works well with others as well as alone. I have saved the company a great deal of money in both areas that I have worked. I started at Macy\'s after my position at Avon Products was outsourced. In my many years of continuous excellence as a Senior Customer Service specialist there, I provided outstanding customer service and technical support to Avon representatives.I find my work in Fraud Investigation / Analysis fulfilling since I am continually learning as well as providing a necessary service to make people\'s lives better.I also created, edited, published, marketed and distributed an original charity anthology to raise money for spaying/neutering feral cats.
