Fulfill role as the business owner for facility IoT technologies, with SME support. • Support projects & facility updates with lighting expertise for selection, lifecycle & partners • Oversee scope, budget, and SME support for ~25+ commercial office/research/conference projects and ~15+ manufacturing plant projects. Project sizes range from sqft - 2mil sqft. Projects range from renovation to new build (spirit of WELL/LEED design). • Support development of performance contract projects in partnership with the energy team • Own relationships with suppliers and manufacturers. Establish vendor partner relationships. • Oversee Ford Construction Specification updates for lighting, lighting controls & IoT Technology.
