Coordinates and directs the commissioning activities using consistent protocols and forms, centralized documentation, clear and regular communications and consultations with all necessary parties, frequently updated timelines and schedules and technical expertise.Project included: • Combined Heat and Power Facilities: DC Water 15 MW, Midtown, Atlantic City 5 MW, Alpha Ridge Landfill 5 MW, NIH 23M, British Embassy Mechanical Renovation to include 250kW CHP.• Solar: Atlantic City Convention Center 2.5 MW, Maryland Department of Transportation 2 MW - MTA Northwest Bus Terminal, MPA Cruise Terminal, Dundalk Shed 10, BWI Daily Parking. Naval Station Great Lakes - Solar/Thermal Hybrid System – Landfill 3 MW, 8 roof tops at the, John Paul Jones facility totaling 3 MW, United States Fish and Wildlife – Patuxent Research Center.
