Among other things, our team is responsible for:\\\\n- ensuring that leaders across the enterprise have access to best-practice tools and techniques for engaging positively with their teams and retaining talent;\\\\n- the negotiation and administration of more than 60 collective bargaining agreements in place at 37 facilities across eight states;\\\\n- union avoidance;\\\\n- internal ethics investigations;\\\\n- evaluating the results of background investigations;\\\\n- the development and implementation of workplace policies on matters such as attendance and\\\\nleave, counseling and discipline, timekeeping, drug testing and substance abuse, background\\\\ninvestigations, respectful workplace, etc; and\\\\n- sensitive separations from employment.\\\\nAs part of the company\'s HR executive team, I also advise about, and participate in decisions relating to, a wide variety of HR matters such as talent acquisition and development, compensation, benefits, and corporate transactions.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
