Key responsibilities as procurement manager for Norway at Dustin Group:* Responsible for all procurement to both local warehouse as well as dropshipments * Managing and developing the purchase function for the company, managing a team of 5 Full-time employees * Negotiate and set up contracts with preferred partners, local- and international suppliers * Develop and optimize workflow with suppliers and vendors alongside developers * Develop the purchasing policy and planning alongside Nordic procurement * Effective & proactive liaison with other departments such as sales, backoffice and accounting as necessary to forecast budgets and targets
