   In this role, I have been tasked with keeping the promise that we made to our investors that we will do everything that we can to keep their investments safe and growing. I am currently responsible for the performance of a constantly growing portfolio of 90+ Grocery Anchored Shopping Centers that has a Net Asset Value (NAV) at over $1 Billion. Being a fully integrated company that handles all facets of acquiring, owning, leasing, and operating a shopping centers, I have the privilege of working with nearly every department within our company. I also get the opportunity to work closely with many of our Grocery partners that anchor our centers. My main focus in this role is protecting and growing the net operating income (NOI) at each of our centers individually so that collectively the portfolio remains stable and healthy well into the future. My current \"North\" region consists of our centers in the following states: NY, PA, OH, MI, IN, IL, WI, IA, MN, MO, KS. My portfolio is comprised of centers that are held within each of our different investment vehicles including, all three of our RIETs, our management company, as well as our venture partnership with TPG. Individually and collectively as a company, we remain dedicated to creating great grocery anchored shopping experiences.
