Dr. Thomas Lennarz is a member of CMS\'s international dispute resolution group and the Co-Head of the German Dispute Resolution Team. He also heads the CMS Smart Litigation unit. His main focus are class actions and consumer disputes, corporate law disputes, general commercial law matters and disputes related to climate change.
