Named one of the “The World’s Leading IP Strategists” by IAM three times- Recognized by LMG Life Sciences as part of the “Intellectual Property In-house Team of the Year” at Amgen in 2019- Won the first patent-infringement jury trial about a biosimilar under the BPCIA in Amgen v. Hospira. Amgen won affirmance of that judgment on appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. LMG Life Sciences recognized the case as a Patent Impact Case of the Year for 2017- Extensive in-house and outside counsel experience in BPCIA and Hatch-Waxman patent litigations.
