Solution Owner/Product Manager for service products linked to the Nokia OSS products Service Quality Manager (SQM) and Self Organizing Networks Self Healing (SH)• Initiating and executing service portfolio revisions for SQM services realizing delivery efficiency gains based on input from key customer cases in close alignment with all affected business units • Responsible for portfolio definition of OSS related business consulting services for Network Operations Centers and Service Operations Centers (SOC) leading a virtual multi-national team including all product management relevant deliverables, e.g- Sales and Marketing collaterals - Delivery model and competence ramp-up plans - Pricing model - Partner company selection in co-operation with partner manager - Internal marketing and solution training to regional organizations• Identifying future extensions for SQM and SH service portfolios, like Automation in SOCs• Supporting key solution sales opportunities in co-operation with global and regional sales teams• Initiated, implemented and took the end-to-end ownership of a business unit wide used internal sales tool for effort and cost estimation providing significant efficiency gains in customer offer generation
