Mission: Shaping the future!After more than 25 years at Bosch, I’m now on the next phase of my professional journey. During my time at Bosch, I had the privilege of contributing to and leading projects that shaped industries, from pioneering many car technolgies to providing a large corporate with differentiating AI solutions.Today, my focus is on sharing the insights and experiences I’ve gained to support startups, corporates, and organizations navigating the complexities of innovation and technology transformation. I also serve as a Supervisory Board Member at Carl Zeiss AG, contributing to strategic decision-making and governance.I’m particularly passionate about- Helping startups scale and achieve their goals through tailored guidance- Advising organizations on how to integrate AI and transformative technologies effectively- Exploring opportunities to contribute as a board member or advisor to forward-thinking companies- First and foremost: Supporting and pushing the German and European innovation ecosystem.
